Reservation Policies

  • Reservation requests must be submitted online using the Lehi Park Reservation Request Form.
  • No other method (phone, email) is allowed for making reservations.

  • Every group must have a designated Group Leader who is responsible
  • for keeping an accurate daily attendance count and paying fees.
The Group Leader is also responsible for monitoring behavior, supervising
cleanup, and ensuring that their group knows and follows Lehi Park Rules.

  • If different groups are leaving and arriving on the same day, the departing group should
  • leave the park by 12:00 noon and the arriving group should come after 12:00 noon.
Any deviation from this 12:00 noon time should be coordinated with the Park Hosts.

  • Young Women Camp reservations may be made for less than one week if desired
  • (such as Monday through Saturday).  However, if camp leaders intend to setup on the
preceding Saturday, their Lehi Park Reservation should start on Saturday to include
    the setup period.

  • In order to maximize the use of Lehi Park for its intended purposes,
  • reservation requests will be prioritized in the following order:

    1. Young Women Camps from affiliated stakes

    2. Other large groups from affiliated stakes

    3. Young Women Camps from outside the affiliated stakes

    4. Other large groups from outside the affiliated stakes

    5. Smaller groups or families from affiliated stakes

    6. Smaller groups or families from outside the affiliated stakes

  • Affiliated stakes are: Los Altos, Menlo Park, Monterey, San Francisco,
  • San Francisco East, San Francisco West, Santa Cruz and Saratoga.

  • To ensure a fair assignment of weeks, reservations for annual Young Women Camps will
  • follow a rotation schedule.  After reservations are assigned, Young Women Camp leaders
may choose to trade weeks between stakes if mutually agreeable.  The Park Hosts should be
notified if weeks are traded so that the Lehi Park Calendar can be adjusted accordingly.

  • The Park Hosts may adjust scheduling, reservations and campsite assignments for
  • situations not described in these policies.
